facebook in education field

TO WHAT EXTENT FACEBOOK BE USE AS INTERACTIVE STRATEGIE TO REINFORCE ORAL PRODUCTION IN FIRST SEMESTER OF MODERN LANGUAGE?

The research question rouses by observations, and curiosities about how younger people act and develop their interest in social networks.Studies about research take into account some aspects, such as research objective, purposes, hypotheses and approaches. So I took too much time to clarify what topic I was going to try, I started to look for Indian languages, I contextualized with   chibcha language because it is a topic that I have been interesting  some months ago, also I mentioned about TICS, this topic it is because nowadays education is working about it,  besides students are using the technology more often than a book , or a notebook.  This question arose because as I said before TICS in education are the medium to interact with technology and knowledge. It is common to know younger people are using Facebook the most of the time, as a part of their lives.
Facebook was founded by Mark Zuckerberg with his college roommates Eduardo Saverin, Dustin Moskovitz and Chris Hughes.  Facebook It is a social networking service; it has more than 900 million active users, User Profile
Users can create profiles with photos, lists of personal interests, contact information, and other personal information. Users can communicate with friends and other users through private or public messages and a chat feature. They can also create and join interest groups and "like pages"Social impactFacebook has affected the social life and activity of people in various ways. With its availability on many mobile devices, Facebook allows users to continuously stay in touch with friends, relatives and other acquaintances wherever they are in the world, as long as there is access to the Internet. Most literature focuses on the Internet as an adjunct to the classroom and not as the focus of the meeting classroom itself (Swaffar, Romano, Markley, & Arens, 1998; Warschauer, 1996). Students attend laboratory sessions to complete activities independently from the regular flow of the classroom. To foster communication in authentic ways, many propose the use of e-mail as a tool for use in foreign language classes (Aitsiselmi, 1999; Gonzalez-Bueno, 1998;Education and technology go be handed to each other, so it is good as a teacher to know how this social network (Facebook) could help me with students, because taking into account experiences and interest of my students the teaching and learning in foreign languages is going to be a successful into a classroom and outside of it. Also this research objective it is because trough my observation and my experiences as a teacher and as an own of an internet I have seen the behavior of the most of teenagers, when they are using this social network. This research question it is an confirmatory hypotheses because according with theories that I showed before I can take more ideas, thoughts and  to be sure these  theories  work as a student research and as a future teacher., furthermore these confirmatory study  is what my research objective is focus on take those the theories about oral production, Facebook, technology, education and interactive strategy to become them in just one, and to confirm if those can work together.Another point that I want to say it is this question is analytical, what I mean is I am taking specific items in order to get general information and as a said before to get those the theories work together,  and it becomes in just one theory, also to confirm my hypotheses. This research it come from some resources such as, experiences, interest, curiosity, technology, observe students and teenagers works with Facebook.  I think a good resource could be the laboratories, and the video recording to collect data.Taking into account my knowledge so far, I want to work with a qualitative approach, because I am taking into account performance, students thought and behaviors, more than a statistical or mathematics techniques.Another aspect to mention about the research question is it focus on potheses testing, it is deductive because I want to confront my future data collected with the theories that I have been mentioned so far, of course the investigation it is going to have more theories and more background in order that the investigation would be more understandable.References: until now those theories are taking from internet educational articles, academic articles.
